Shipping Policy:

Regular Shipping

Regular shipping costs $4.99 within contiguous US when you shop directly on EyeglassesParts.com. Shipping costs are generally higher on direct sites than on Amazon because Amazon Prime enjoys huge economy of scale whereas SMEs do not.

Most items are shipped within 1 working day, but the delivery time will vary depending on where you live. We cannot make warranty for the actual delivery time. We endeavor to provide the best shipping experience and may use any reasonable ground or express shipping. We may partner with UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon Logistics, or other 3rd party logistics providers to ship your packages.

$4.99 Shipping is only available to the contiguous U.S. For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping cost is $9.99.

Expedited Shipping

You can select expedited shipping for $6.99 within contiguous U.S. Delivery time is usually 2-4 days for most places. However, we cannot make warranty for the actual delivery time.

International Shipping

International shipping is possible but will require extra manual processing and therefore extra cost. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Fulfilled by Amazon

If you shop from Amazon, the shipping cost and the delivery options are determined and managed by Amazon.

Refund Policy:

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline to return an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed takes possession of the product delivered.

We will issue refund to you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

Please note that we will not refund shipping costs, and we will not reimburse you for your costs associated with return shipping. You are responsible for the costs and risks of returning the goods to us.

Conditions For Return

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The goods are in the original packaging, unused and undamaged

  • You have notified us and received our confirmation for a return

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Please note that for hygiene reason, we may refuse to refund for merchandise that we believe is used or unfit for resale, at our sole discretion. We will exercise reasonable judgement in handling product returns but please understand that a strict control on all product returns is necessary in order to ensure product safety and product hygiene for our customers.
